Kenichi received his PhD in Recearch Center For Animal Life Science at Shiga University of MedicalsScience, Japan. There, he researched Kidney differentiation using Cynomolgus Monkey Pluripotent stem cells and generation of kidney disease model in cynomolgus monkey. In the Morizane Lab, Kenichi is focused on models of genetic kidney diseases in kidney organoids and biomanufacturing vascularized kidney tissues.
